Scope: 3,000m2 of mineral fibre insulation with a combination of silicone render and acrylic brick slip finishes. We also supplied and fitted circular window pods and pressed metal copings and flashings.

Scope: 2,000m2 mineral fibre EWI system with a mix of silicone render and brick effect render to refurbish 3 blocks of appartments. A further 600m2 of rail system mineral fribre EWI was applied to a new build phase, meeting strict NHBC design requirements.

Scope: Refurbishment of 3 delapidated barns to provide thermal improvement and a new rendered finish. 500m2 in total and one of our most challenging refurbs to date.

Scope: 150m2 STO turbo fix EWI system to new block work with a 1.0mm silicone finish to a specific client colour requirement. Profiles were also added above window heads to the front of the porperty to give a more traditional feel.

Barry Jackson House, Birmingham

Client: Wates / Birmingham City Council

Scope: 2,500m2 of 100mm mineral fibre EWI with a combination of silicone render and acrylic brick slip finishes. The internal parapets received a ventilated rainscreen render system and the louvres to the communal were replaced by SFS and a ventilated EWI system.

Scope: SFS, carrier board and render only to a curved soffit. SFS was used to create a dropped soffit to overcome structural steel and services, with K&M providing the design, drawings and SFS through our supply chain partner, Frameclad

Stoke Gifford Retirement Village, Bristol

Client: Extra Care Charitable Trust

Scope: Brought in to help complete the project to achieve completion, we installed 750m2 of Rockpanel cladding to curved balconies on a labour-only basis. We also assisted in the supply of flashings and the metal support structure.

Scope: Office to residential refurbishment of ex Cadbury building in Bourneville, Birmingham. 3,000m2 mineral fibre EWI system with silicone render finish in grey and black. We also carried out 2,500m2 of masonry paint to brickwork walls and roof buildings.

Scope: The refurbishment of a three-story block of flats above shops in Digbeth. Mineral wool lamella was used to achieve the curved frontage. European brick sizes were specified by the client and manufactured by our supplier accordingly.

Scope: Conversion of offices to residential apartments in the centre of Erdington. Render only onto existing brick and new build block work with insulation required to the window heads in order to provide a straight, crisp finish to varying opening sizes. Finished in dove grey silicone finish.

Scope: Render only to new build block work walls to the main house. The client was so pleased with the finish that the garden walls were then changed from brick work to render, and the latterly constructed garage finished in the same product
